  • Plan/organise and implement events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners.

General administration

  • Drafting documents and correspondence
  • Preparing reports
  • Scheduling
  • Transcribing
  • Creating PowerPoints presentations, with animation


Proofreading and Editing

Checking the draft of the document for factual accuracy, grammar and spelling.

Checking the final draft (proof) for errors.

This can also include checking and changing captions for videos. 



Gathering and analysing data. Preparing materials for submission Performs routine clerical duties as instructed, if essential to the research activities or project assigned.
