Social Media and newsletters

SocialBee

SocialBee makes social media posting simple by adding posts to categories rather than to the calendar. Set on the calendar when you want a category to be posted and SocialBee will automatically post it. You can create variations, and add for reposting if required.

You can also create Canva images inside SocialBee.

ContentCal

ContentCal is great for collaborative working, especially if with clients. Upload the posts to the calendar, approve, and let it run. The calendar is a great visual of what can be posted across all platforms on what day.

Time tracking

There are a number of ways to track your time. All-in-one management apps like Plutio and Flowlu have time tracking functions built-in.

But, there are some stand-alone time trackers.

Timeular

Timeular

Timeular has a different twist to most trackers. You can use just the tracking app, but you can also purchase a physical tracker. You take off the base and set to the activity that you are on. It is great when you are changing activities frequently, e.g. emails to phone calls to project work.
